We do not recommend the attorney, Mike Pritchard of Hogan & Pritchard, owing to two issues related to an initial consultation. We were seeking counsel for a matter related to our condo association. First, despite sending the association’s articles and by-laws in advance of the call, including copies of email correspondences with the property manager, there was zero indication that Mike had read the materials. His firm asked us to send the materials and noted that they would be reviewed in advance of the call. Yet, during the call, Mike acknowledged that reading the association by-laws was important as there could be a clause that would indicate how long the association had to respond to repair requests. Second, at the conclusion of the consultation, Mike committed to drafting an attorney’s letter for our review to be sent to the condo association outlining our issues. He did not deliver this letter to us, and we never heard back from his firm, despite our attempts to reach him, We feel that our $300 outlay was a waste,.
