Silvinia, the lawyers assistant,is not good with time management. She asked us to meet her at a certain time, and arrived ONE HOUR late. They have worst customer services. I never met the lawyer who I paid services for. never introduced herself to us and never took the time to meet us and review our case. Silvinia never returned our phone calls. I highly recommend, everyone go to a different law firm. They do not respect people’s time and money.

This man worked magic. I was arrested for DUI/DWI, and had a blood alcohol of 0.174. I hired Jad Sarsour to take my case to court, hoping he could convince a jury to give me a better sentence vs what state have given me -fine, jail, probation, interlock on my car, etc...

Due to THIS LAWYER’S WORK, after fighting for me, I was deemed NOT GUILTY!!! Not only was I declared NOT GUILTY (though my blood results showed I was twice the legal limit) NO fine, NO jail time, nothing! Won't even appear on my record after this man’s work! I still can't believe it. I hugged my mom and family and left that court house in tears of joy and relief. I owe so much to this man for his work. He is worth more than I even paid!

I met with Mr. Sarsour but decided to hire a less expensive lawyer (big mistake). After I paid the other lawyer she told me the prosecutor had a real strong case and I should plead guilty to a felony. I am innocent and was shocked when she told me to plead guilty. I fired her and hired Jad. He told me he could win. What I like about him is he didn’t just talk the talk, he actually walked the walk. He was totally worth each and every dollar. On the day of trial he was ready to battle. I know this lawyer knows how to win and the prosecutor knew it too. They caved and dismissed my case. Yes, you read that right: MY CASE WAS DISMISSED!!! When the Judge suggests that you thank your attorney because he did a fantastic job, you know you have a good attorney. I had no idea with to expect or what to do when I received a DWI/DUI. I was told to hire a lawyer. I picked Jad because of his location and his excellent reviews, but then when I met him, I knew I was in good hands. He was calm and reassuring, which in turn, kept me focused. The final outcome was more than I could have hoped for (Not Guilty)! Jad knows his stuff and he is compassionate and caring. I had a DUI 3rd Offense and my first lawyer was denied bond. One of the deputies had told me about Jad while I was waiting in jail. I had my family go hire him. He got me out on bond on appeal. He then got my case dismissed on a technicality that an officer had done wrong when he pulled me out of the car. He is really good at what he does, I wish I had hired for my previous dwi's. He knows everyone in the courthouse and has a good relationship with the officers.

I had a bad experience with lawyer Katherine, my case was in 2013, I was advised to plead guilty to a misdemeanor and they got me the worst deal that could have been, according to another lawyer. Now I have made 2 appointments to see what can be solved and cleaned up my record and when I went the first time they did not have time to attend me. Today I had another appointment and Katherine the main lawyer had told that only had 5 minutes to attend me.

I have a top secret clearance and I would have lost it with what I was charged with. The officer was reluctant to reduce or dismiss my charge. Jad went to court three times before he was finally able to convince the officer and prosecutor to dismiss it. He is amazing!

I started my simple uncontested divorce in August of 2017. Communication with silvinia was ok at first but now I struggle to get so much as an email. Every time I call she's in a meeting or on the other line and I have to call several times to hear anything. It also seems like every time I call for an update they need more information from me. So 6 months later I'm still not divorced and I struggle to get an update on my case. It has been the most frustrating thing to deal with. There was one point where she wasn't responding I my emails for a month so I finally found time to call and she told me that the form wasn't signed properly. This could have been easily resolved if she had called me or emailed me when she received the document but instead a month had passed where I was thinking everything was good to go. Save your time and frustration and go somewhere else. I could have filed my divorce on my own with how easy of a case it is, but I chose not to in order to avoid mistakes. They are making the same mistakes I would have made doing it myself with no experience in law. I've given them the benefit of the doubt many times because I understand that when you run a business like this it gets busy, but 6 months is unacceptable.

I came to Jad frustrated and stressed over two misdemeanor charges I hadn't been able to shake with my former lawyer. Like any client who's already placed their trust and future in someone else's hands only to be let down, I was hesitant on going with a change of attorney. It had come down to the wire, with my former lawyer who was trying to push me to take a plea deal on me that I couldn’t accept which finally pushed me to see Jad.

My experience throughout my short time with him is he's direct, no-nonsense, no holds barred type of lawyer; and you can best believe that will work in your favor. If you are even the tiniest bit hesitant to go with him, then please be rest assured you have found the right man for the job. Jad was recommended to me by at least three different friends of mine. I was like, okay this guy must be really good. I was charged with a reckless and a possession of marijuana. When I met with him, he told don't worry about it and just do the stuff I tell you to do and I will hopefully get it thrown out. I hired Jad Sarsour for a criminal drug possession case back in December. I was on probation when I got arrested, so I couldn't afford to get convicted of any new charges. Mr Sarsour was knowledgeable, easy to reach at any given notice, and very down to earth. Not to mention his services come at a veritable bargain compared to the horror stories I have heard about the pricing of lawyers in DUI cases. My limited experience with lawyers up until this point had been the complete opposite. Most lawyers take on too many cases, forget your name, show up late, and couldn't be bothered with the outcome. Mr. Sarsour was aggressive, involved, and took a personal stake in the outcome of my court case. I am almost certain, that without him, I would not have gotten the favorable ruling I ended up receiving. Would give 0 stars if I could. The communication is horrible. The attorneys just switched in the middle of my case without anyone informing me. I was talking to one attorney for a few months and then all of a sudden "someone new" took over due to the previous attorney no longer being available. No one ever sends updates. I have to call every day to speak to the attorney in charge (at that time) and then all I am left with is a voicemail. I cant wait for the case to be over. I will never use them again for anything or recommend them to anyone else. I didnt feel appreciated or really helped. I am patiently counting down the days until this is all finalized.

I was wrongfully charged with assault and Unlawful Entry.

Upon contacting attorneys Jad was the only one I talked to who was willing to take an unconventional approach to get me off the charges.

He contacted the accuser directly and offered him a cash settlement. At first the accuser played hardball but he eventually called back and took the money just like Jad said he would. Jad even came in over the weekend to facilitate the paperwork and transaction. On Friday I was stressing over possibly doing jail time. By Saturday I was free and clear of all charges without fighting it out in courtroom. He took such great care of my family's case and got both cases dismissed (misdemeanor and felony). We were terrified after the convictions and lost. He advised us to take a class, do community service, perform a drug test, and complete a mental health checkup.Throughout the trial and waiting period he was always available either through his office phone or his cell phone. Do not use Daniel Costas. He is rude, unhelpful, and is only out for money. He never finished my case, refused to refund atleast part of my payment; and even had the nerve to tell me I owed him more money. He is not professional at all.
