Nick said he would represent me over a bogus civil court case.charged me 1500.00 .never could get a hold of him.he called me up 3 days before the hearing on a weekend sayen he could not represent me due to conflict of interest represented the other party.I asked him up front if he knew them he said no.Only got half my money back he didnt get nothin done.i had to hire another attorney and won the case. .

Impossible to contact phone numbers no longer in service

I was referred out to Nicholas Ring from Legal Shield to try to address a legal matter(warrant for someone else, on my information) that needed someone in Brown County Ohio to visit the Sheriff's office.

In the process of being referred out, Nicholas did not call me, I had to call him for all communication. The one time he did call me back he did not leave a voicemail. He also did not call me to notify me once he completed what he said was looking into my matter.

After not hearing from him for a couple weeks, I finally contacted him, which is when he told me there was nothing wrong and that the warrant on my information did not exist.

Overall I felt that Nick was less than professional. He did not communicate well. He did not solve my problem. He stated incorrect information in that the warrant i am looking for did not exist(Which it did and I have since found the warrant and fixed the issue myself - No Attorney needed). Then to top if off he sent me an invoice that states "attorney fees" under the description of work completed. I have not proof of any work completed whatsoever.

I am:
1) Canceling my Legal Shield membership as they provided no value to me and wasted 5 months of trying to fix the issue.
2) Never working with Nicholas Ring again.
