Attorney does not seem to care about the clients concerns, does not communicate with the client on issues regarding case. does not listen to the clients testimonies and cuts the client off while in the process of explanations, issues and concerns. Can rarely get hold of the attorney to discuss case at hand. Attorney seems to disregard any pertinent information and does not explain legal information coherently to client. Client ends up frustrated, confused and belittled.
