LAVERNE Rippy is the rudest paralegal and will talk to you as if you are an incompetent and ignorant person. Shari is unprofessional and does not even give call backs to the people trying to obtain her services. 5 days before my husband is to be in court, this law office pulls out and decides not to represent my case in response to an email that I sent to providing feedback on their approach with us.
