Rene helped me over the phone, saving me a trip to her office. She is an in network provider for my legal plan. I called her office after hours and left a message. She called me back the next morning. She answered my questions, and she was super friendly and courteous, and when I offered my case number from my legal plan, she told me she didn't need it for a phone call (i.e. she helped me for no charge).
