He was very professional and helped me through the whole process of my case. He was very quick to reply to all my emails even when it was on the weekends. Jerry kept me updated on every detail with my case. I am out of state and had no problem communicating with Jerry and trusting him to take the lead throughout this process. I highly recommemd him.

I stopped by unannounced with plans to arrange an appointment for a real estate refinance concern. A gentleman approached me at the front desk and asked how they could help. I explained my intent and reason for seeking their services, fully prepared to pay and if needed also pay for an attorney to be present at the closing. The gentleman who I eventually learned was Mr. Furnell himself fielded my many questions, reviewed documents and gave expert legal answers along with advised actions. The consultation must have lasted 20 minutes. When I offered to pay, Mr. Furnell patted my shoulder and said, "You're good." He refused my second attempt to pay and just asked for me to let him knows if it works out. AWESOME!
