If your family is on the line and it is paramount that you have expert representation on your behalf, this is NOT THE GUY.
Without getting into a long story, Jim is slow in responding, produces errors in documents that I had to correct prior to him submitting them to the court, was blatantly ill prepared for our court appearance, and just doesn't get the job done. On top of all this, he charges a whopping $350/hr.
I write this review not in an attempt to smear Mr. Berger, but to provide a reference for anyone considering using his services, specifically when time is critical and you have finite resources. I was burned on both of these-
