John M Duggan was one of the contractors that built houses in my development. So far we have over ten houses including my own house that has major contractor error causing thousands of dollars in damages. Every house has the same problem. There has been numerous attempts to contact Mr. Duggan through email and phone with no success. It's funny that Mr. Duggan's profile says the cases he tries involves construction defects. A lawyer with no moral character?
