The worst customer service. I always get hung up on after waiting on hold for several minutes. The representatives need better customer service training. A ghetto McDonald's has better customer service than anyone in this firm. I finally settled my debt with the joke of a company these people are. I wish everyone the best of luck & keep your receipts and confirm payments are being applied to your account because it happened on one occasion and they never mail receipts back to anyone even after asking a million times never got a single copy of my receipt.

Have had nothing but issues trying to get our debt settled. Have requested emails w agreement more than once they say it's sent but we never receive them. Have been spoken to rudely by one of the ladies over phone. Hope to NEVER deal w them again.
