Got a quote from Thumbtack. Called, left a message. Next call I received I was asleep; I call back and leave a message, and make my next call about something else. I got a call back within a couple of minutes of leaving that message, so I was on the other line (no, I'm not going to wait indefinitely before making other calls). I called back again, explained, and said now I'm available. Never heard from them again!

Seemed like a good start but it's basically like they ignored me after calling twice. I could understand to some extent, but if you want my business, you need to call me, and no one can read minds, so sometimes it doesn't work out. How about email me? That would be a much smarter way to handle this.

I give up. Terrible customer service.
