My mother hired Mark years ago for a traffic accident and she had a great experience and spoke highly of her outcome, so when I wrecked my car and received a ticket for careless driving (driving while texting) earlier this year my mother offered me his business card. I called and explained my situation and his reply over the phone was clear and super reasonable. I've had a few lawyers in my time and BY FAR, this was the best and most hassle-free experience I've ever had. I'm sort of reclusive so our communication after the initial phone call was all by e-mail (my choice). I sent attorney fee by mail, police report and insurance letter by email, and the rest was all him. I never had to enter the courtroom. I sent my amended ticket payment by mail as well and the last step was my receipt of payment from the court which he took care of. I just have to say that before this experience, I can't say that I had a very high opinion of lawyers. He has certainly changed my opinion. I now know that you just need to find "THE RIGHT" lawyer. That's Mark. He is now in my contacts just in case. I highly recommend this lawyer!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He will do you right.

Really bad experience with Mr. Hagen. If it is apparent that you are guilty in your case, then you can rely on him doing some paperwork for you. If it is not, or you are not sure about your case, then I strongly suggest you to find another lawyer who can stand up for you.

Mark is a great guy. He has been my personal attorney since I was 16 and getting speeding tickets. He has always been able to help me and has always made himself available to get situations solved quickly.

This guy does not even deserve 1 star. He is a liar and will do whatever he can to take your money. Call around and talk to other attorney's before making a decision. You will lose hundreds to thousands of dollars if you just go with what this man tells you. Good luck on your journey.
