My husband received a speeding ticket and called to have Mr. Robinson take care of it. After almost three weeks and several phone calls later to find out what was going on. Mr. Robinson's office called and advised my husband that there is nothing they can do and to just go pay for the ticket. Because Mr. Robinson waiting three weeks on a Friday at 2pm to advise he would not take the case, this left NO time to try and find another attorney. Very poor customer service, very poor response time. They acted as if we were a burden to them for wanting to hire this attorney.
