Mr. Janus botched my case by including irrelevant accusations in the filing he prepared, failing to file a motion to modify child support that he prepared (while trying to blame me for his failure to ensure it was filed), and being generally and predictably unprepared. A week before the hearing date, I had to remind him and ask when we were going to prepare. Um, who is the attorney and who is the client here. Then, as a result of his incompetence, I had to pay the other parties attorney fees. Mr. Janus’s response was to threaten to sue me if I didn’t pay him immediately. Save the jokes Charles and do your job.
