Thanks for handling my case in January of last year. You and your staff was very helpful in giving me and my family the assisted that we needed so badly. Your wonderful and helpful staff informed me of every detail of what was going on in our case and especially the out come I wrote to you to thank you and your staff. I hope to never to never be in a accident again but if I do I know I can count upon you and your staff to be there for me again.

Hiring John Critzo to represent me was a regrettable decision and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone to save my life.This was my 1st time being involved in an accident so I was unsure of the legal process involving collisions and settlements. Our meetings were rushed and many of my questions went unanswered. Updates to my case were rare and primarily through US mail. My settlement was lower than the insurance company's original offer. Lets do the math. Geico offer was $5200. I retained Mr. Critzos and John negotiated a 3800 dollar settlement. Once medical ($1237) and all his fees were taken out I was left with very little. I ended up with $1259. Get another attorney and he's still owed money. I found out that sites like Avvo or Lawyer ratings let lawyers dispute negative reviews leaving only unbelievable 5 star, rated reviews. (Red Flag). Multiple positive reviews on the same day was also a common pattern. Settling for less than I thought I was entitled to still upsets me. His priorities seemed to be elsewhere throughout the entire process.

Mr. Critzos law firm represented us for a vehicle accident. Car was fixed pretty quick. Staff was helpful, courteous, and quick to answer questions. Would highly recommend to others.

Worst experience with a Lawyer I have ever had. Fire him and he is still owed money no matter how badly you think you were treated. He can sue you or place a lien on any settlement if you don't pay him his money.The insurance company's offer was higher than what Critzos negotiated. Deduct medical and all his fees and I was left with next to nothing in my opinion. This lawyer has been disciplined before. Stay far away
