Anyone who has dealt with authenticating documents knows how convoluted the process can be. Skipping one detail could mean rejection and starting from square one. Used these guys to get my FBI background check apostilled. They were the cheapest option out of the several that I checked out (over $200 cheaper from the first Google result once shipping was factored in!). I needed a criminal background check authenticated by the U.S. Department of State and by the Chinese consulate in D.C. for a job in China. I pay extra For the worst service ever, they receive my papers on October and after many calls and so many excuses from them they return me the papers on February. First told me the information I sent is wrong, bulls**t. Then I call them again and told me they don't have information about me, then call them again and they told me that I need to use the email to contact them to help me. I send an email and my papers are missing. If you want to use there service, I recommend you don't trust them, and lose your money.

Got Dept. of State authentication done and mailed back in 5 days. Round trip on my documents was 7 business days. Well worth the money, compared to the 30+ days I waited when sending documents directly before.

I cannot comment on their speed or reliability when getting authentication done at embassies however.

I would not recommend this service to anyone. Their website claims to have documents back to you within "10-12" business days. It has been nearly 16 days and i'm still waiting on my documents to arrive. They also aren't very response when it comes to receiving status updates on your documents. Overall very disappointed with this service and will not be using it again in the future.

If you are considering using this service, I would recommend using a more professional authentication service. This company fails to deliver on it's claims.
