I recently got a chapter 13 discharge . It was a chapter 7 converted to chapter 13 .The trustee of the ch 7 didn’t want Mr Brandt to convert it to chapter 13 ,saying I was seeking to manipulate the bankruptcy process and I could not make the required payments Moving forward he took me to the BK court (which is not far from his office for a hearing between him and the trustee (7) and asked the judge to let me speak an answer questions that I was not manipulating the BK process .The judge granted the chapter 13

About two years ago, I was completely overcome with financial debt stemming from multiple hearings/trials predicated by an extremely contentious divorce and custody battle between my ex-wife and I. I’ll try to describe and explain my experiences with Mr. Robert Brandt from the heart, in the easiest way possible. What can I say? Most people who are facing bankruptcy are at their wit's end. When I first met with Robert, I was a wreck and upset about my situation.
