All I can say is that if it weren't for him my family would not have been able to travel to our home country to see my grandma for the last time before she passed. He made sure we had everything to present to immigration in order to receive a parole to travel and come back to the country. He is straight forward with you and honest. He said we had to possibly wait 3-6 months to receive our parole letter but received it in less than 2 months.
