He instructed us on the advantages of a trust and ways to avoid probate, reduce or avoid estate taxes, the privacy of our estate, how the funds will be managed, various arrangements we could make for our existing and any "future grandchildren", the ability to change or revoke the trust, and the fact that we retain control of our assets while alive. It is very easy to see that he has a compassion for what he does; that he cares for his clients, and most importantly is very knowledgeable in the most recent tax and inheritance law statutes.
