I was charged with a DUI BAC 0.15 or above, my family reached out to Patrick Anderson because he helped my uncle with some major charges years ago. We were ensured Patrick would represent me. Instead I got some rookie lady who had no idea about my case at my 1st hearing, case got continued, I then had the most horrible Lawyer Rob. We met with him and he literally made me feel like no matter what I was going to do jail time...Yes I made a mistake by drinking and driving. NO I've never been in trouble (26 y.o) I'm a single mother, in school FT as a nursing student & worked FT as an LPN for the county I was being charged in. We asked that he emphasize that to the courts...no he didn't even attempt to. He never kept us informed throughout the case and we had to call numerous times to even get him to return a call. He waited until the day before to reach out to the courts to try to come with an agreement (a little too late right?) he said they would only agree to drop the elevated BAC but, nothing else...at this point, we had to agree as the case was the next day. He was late the day of my hearing. He did not have the proper paper work filled out. I would have felt more comfortable with a public defender. If I could leave negative stars I would. Not to mention SO expensive for the worst service ever.

PNA Law are terrific lawyers and very nice people. Words can't express how good I feel today. Rewinding to when I was charged, I never felt so depressed. I was charged with a felony but there were three of them. I never considered myself a felon. I just used bad judgment one night and spent the night in PWC jail.

Got papers saying I was charged with drug felonies. After a while I couldn't take the stress anymore so I reached out and found Pnalaw. These guys suck and there crooks basically I got hit with a DWI and went to these guys for help I researched patririck Anderson and saw decent reviews don't believe them they are not this law office is not here to help they just want your money so when I asked how much money I would pay them they said it was 3500 dollars and 1700 down so I paid the 1700 and asked Patrick to defend me so they literally took a year and continued the case out because they assured me that they needed more time durning this time they never gave me any updates on my trial that hole year and then they told me that some ROOKIE LAWYER NAMED JAKE was defending me not Patrick awnserson so let's backtrack to March when my case was supposed to be settled these crooks call me and tell me one day before I was supposed to appear I front of a judge that they would not defend my case if they where not paid in full and did not even notify me until I called they added a additional 200 bucks and said if they didn't receive 2000 dollars by the end of the day they where not going to show up in court literally robbing me of 1700 bucks I somehow came up with the the money and they still had no update on the time I was serving and bullshitted me until October they finally came back with a plea deal that was 30 days in jail 2 years probation and a charge of DWI even tho I did not give the arresting office a breathalyzer test bottom line I could have got a better deal with a public defender this is way too much time for a DWI also my lawyer jake cursed me out when I pressed him for a better deal witch is so unprofeesional I'm so mad with this out come and i would definitely recommended a better law firm these guys will take your money and pat u on the back while the book is thrown at you I'm so pissed because I just did my first 3 days and talked to people who did crimes far more extreme and had a slap in the rist compared to what I got they just had better attrorneys do yourself a favor and find you one that cares about your LIFE

Patrick and his team and an amazing ( and extremely patient!) Group of individuals. I found Patrick randomly through the yellow pages and am so happy I did! When I first caught may charge I was so nervous and scared I must have called Patrick 10 times a day..sometimes more. If you need an effective criminal advocate, hire Mr. George Wooditch. I retained Mr. Wooditch to represent me after Virginia locked me up, denied me bond, and charged me with 5 felonies and 4 misdemeanors carrying 55+ years with at a minimum 6 years mandatory. As a previously practicing criminal law attorney, both as a prosecutor and defense counsel, I was impressed with Mr. Wooditch’s effectiveness in my case. He gave me confidence that the case would result in the best possible outcome if I followed his advice and guidance. His effective representation resulted in my release from confinement on bond prior to the trial so I could attend an in-patient substance abuse program. His advocacy resulted in all of the charges being dismissed except for one felony. On that charge, I received a 5 year suspended sentence with 3 years active probation. This was far below the sentencing guidelines for the charge of 3 years in actual confinement. Mr. Wooditch gave me sound advice during the whole situation. His advice prior to trial helped guide me to do things that he could use to help me, such as obtaining witness statements. In all, I would not hesitate to hire him again if I got in trouble.
