They sent me a summons for something that was settled last year. When I tried to call them about it I kept getting placed on hold. Waited on hold the first time for over 10 min, the second time I told her she said oh well sorry and then again placed me on hold. I tried calling back a few more times during their business hours but kept getting a generic message. I havent been able to speak to anyone. I figure I'll just have to mail in forms to the court so they know the motion should have never been scheduled. And dont expect an email address or website; they don't have any.

No one answers the phone! I have called repeatedly during their business hours, no one ever pick up! No website, no email listed anywhere! How am I supposed to follow through when this place can't even answer a phone. What the hell?! Now I will have to drive 2 hours there and 2 hours back, and take a day off of work to visit this "Attorney"s office to dispute this letter or I will be taken to court!! This is absurd and he should be shut down! I will be contesting all of this!!!

I spoke with the front desk lady and I was extremely frustrated because I hadn't received a letter they had sent about a follow up court date because our mail carrier mixes our mail up with the box next to ours and of course no one lives there.

She gave me the information I needed but I wasn't satisfied only hearing the information from her, I wanted to hear it from the attorney. When I was told that I couldn't speak with him, I made a rude comment. She said "Have a nice day, ma'am" and hung up.

I immediately felt terrible and called back. She didn't answer, probably thinking I was going to continue to be rude.

I waited a couple of days and called back to apologize. She accepted my apology with grace and helped me figure out the best plan for my situation. I probably called her 5 times today with questions and she answered each time and was kind. I drove to the office to pay my debt and she was extremely nice and helpful.

The negative reviews are probably from people, like myself, who didn't get their way and had a bad attitude/rude tone. She's only human and I'm sure we can all agree that it can be hard to avoid reacting when someone is being rude. She isn't the one you owe your debt to. She is only doing her job.

There's a reason that there's no contact email for the attorney directly, he wants his secretary to take care of the communication. He does not represent us and therefore we are not entitled to him directly.

Moral of the review, be kind to the person who answers the phone, even in your frustration, be kind.

I got a debt warrent and was trying to get ahold of them to settle it but if they can't answer their phone then why even try to settle it. I will just go to court and deal with it their but I will be mentioning how their lawyer can't even answer his own phone to settle debts for them. Why hire someone who can't do their job because of their lack of communication. I will be calling Inova to settle it with them or just show up to court because I would rather wait then be frustrated and irritated all day trying to call a number that isn't even active first off and the secondary phone no one answers. How are u even a lawyer?
I remember when you were my husbands lawyer,you didn't even bother to show up to our court date. Very irritating. Don't you get paid to be their?

Wish there was a zero star option. The woman who answers the phone is the perfect description of rudeness, poor customer service and racism. When I called, she first put me on hold for no reason, her voice was cranky and aggressive at times, and she must have had a hearing problem because she was making me spell basic conversation words to her. I am a professional saleswoman at a design showroom in Maryland. I am not sure if it’s my light European accent this woman has a problem with or if she was just having a bad day, but she had NO manners and showed NO respect. I am terribly sorry that I had this unpleasant experience. As much as you may hate your job or my German accent, you cannot ruin people’sday like this and get paid for it. And you certainly cannot discriminate!

Worst ever who ever the lady is at the front desk needs to be fired!! If this is your lawyer I feel sorry for you.Im pretty sure this Mary lady is racist, Inova will never get my service if this is who there dealing with for sure. She had a nasty attitude and does not know anything about customer service.

Terrible place, junky people at this office. Very rude lady named Mary who answers the phone. She kept hanging up on me every time I was asking a question and she was still mad at me for calling them. They need someone who has courtesy and respect to answer the phone not a crackhead

I was in an absolute panic when I got the notice regarding the warrant of debt. I called and spoke with an amazing woman at the office who was considerate and kind as we discussed what I could do for a payment plan. She has been so helpful each time I call and discuss the continuation and she is definitely an asset to this company! I really appreciate them working with me and they definitely deserve 5 stars

This morning I asked one simple question to the lady who pick up my phone call ,she did tell me her name she was so rude and said only inglish speaks inglish I never speak in another languish and hung up the call. There need to go back to school and try to learn education and respect. I have to hire another lawyer.

Rude, dismissive and dishonest. A terrible blight on all lawyers and an example of everything bad people think about lawyers. Deceptive, dishonest and unfair to the bone. Bad people who should be embarrassed by their deceptive practices but instead are rude to the people they victimize.

His assistant Mary is very rude! Second time I called her. She firsts did not do what I had asked then lied saying nothing on file about me calling. Then yelled at me on the phone. Interrupted me multiple times, raised her voice and acts like its a marketplace. After asking to lower her voice Twice! I told her in the same tone Mr. Lewis should not employ people that make him look bad its a reflection of himself when they cant behave like a professional adult!!! If you made a mistake did not make your notes on the file or even do what you said you would .. when someone calls to follow up dont make excuses just say " ok lets try it again" I will wait to see if she can get this done right this time next talk will have to be in person because my ears are still ringing. Fire her.

Amazingly terrible, she hung up, refused to give me their email address. I told her that I had paid the claim they are going after me for... She wouldn't even want to see a proof that I offered to send her. What the...? Aren't they representing the INOVA healthcare? In their letter they are asking to notify them if I dispute but yet they don't want to see proof and threatened to see me in court.

I just called to see if a payment that i made was received this is THIRD TIME in a row where the woman that answered the phone was completely void of any customer service skills or even an oz of politeness. In fact she practically hung up on me with a so much as bye. RIDICULOUS!
