Mr. Childers is an excellent lawyer! Several other attorneys would not take.my case. But Mr. Childers saw a way to get me a great recovery. He fought and never gave up. He was able to settle my case and got me an excellent recovery. If you are injured you should retain Mr. Childers.

Mr Childers is very knowledgeable and very professional. He has an efficient office staff and he took excellent care of my sister and countless others that I have recommended to him over the past 17 years that I have known him.

Outstanding Attorney! Mr. Childers is highly professional, very knowledgeable of the law and was aggressive in pursuing my settlement. I contacted Mr. Childers because he has a great reputation. Another lawyer referred him to me. I had a very complicated situation where I had two serious auto accidents within 6 months of each other. I underwent two fusion surgeries. Of course both defendants blamed the other for my injuries. Mr. Childers brought in two medical experts, a radiologist and a neurosurgeon, to review my medical records. He filed suit for me and after obtaining the reports from the doctors he was able to get me a great recovery for my injuries. He and his staff are great and treated me like family. Mr. Childers even gave me his personal cell phones number and told me to feel free to call day or night or weekends. I did and he was always there for me to answer questions. Very happy I had Mr. Childers representing me!

Do your self a favor and run in the opposite direction. Kevin Childers is HORRIBLE. I don't even have the energy to write all the complaints I have about this guy. Long story short - extremely unprofessional and horrible service. When i asked to review his charges to date (i was thinking of firing him and going with a new lawyer) he sent me a bill for 10 hours and $8000 dollars. yeah, 800 an hour. And 2.5 hours of the 10 hours was creating the bill! I should bill him for the stress he caused me. I went with another lawyer and got twice what Kevin said i should take as a 'good deal'. He is lazy and wants to take the easy way out by throwing scare tactics at you. He should be disbarred.

I was reffered to them from a coworker. Had a car accident and was completely happy with Mr Childers patience, knoledge and his professionalism. Would highly recommend again!

Unfortunately I have to agree with the other comments. I called to make an appointment twice and both times they said they would get right back to me. The third time I called they said they were too full to take my case. That's just poor business.

Horrible customer service, made an appointment couple days ahead of time. Took a day off from work, then when I call and ask what time my appointment is, the said,"Your not listed on anytime." I asked can you fit me in today, they said"NO!! call tomorrow." Horrible customer service, i dont know how they take any cases with that amount of attitude, especially when your looking for a lawyer and want to pay them to represent you. Like I am paying you, in return I need you to be professional. Never deal with law firm ever again!!!!!
