I got charged of a drug and Dui charge in late August of last year. I paid the initial $500 for a $3000 case for the discovery! He assured me he could get the 251 and get the dui and refusal dropped after two continuances. 5 months later after more than 6 court case dates. Micheal Pignone did not uphold his end of the deal after I paid more than $2,000, I never received the discovery! I was convicted of the dui and the drug charge! After Micheal informed me of this being my best option! I told Micheal I never had a lawyer before and he took advantage of me and took money for which his services were not properly rendered as he promised me.
