This guy is a total scam artist who doesn't do anything but handle client's cases in the most expensive way possible while getting no results. I retained him to contest my brother's petition for letters for my dad and , despite having major ammunition, he instead spent two months going back and forth with my brother's attorney billing me $6,600 trying to get him to remove the petition. All the while, my brother kept stealing from the estate. I called police who advised me to obtain power of attorney/guardianship of my living mother which I did and Stan's advice was not to execute it and sit back and do nothing and sit back and let my brother loot my parent's home and steal my mother's money and let my mother's house go into foreclose for a loss of about $100,000. Stan also told me there needed to be the threat of physical injury before I could get emergency guardianship which is totally incorrect and bad legal advice.
