Great friendly staff, never have to wait

I would give a negative mark if it existed. I went here for 10 weeks, 3 times out of a week. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes each time. The doctor can't prescribe medicine or give you paperwork about visits. He always had to call another doctor office. This felt like a scheme.

I had been plagued with lower back problems for over 10 years. Finally, I decided to pursue a permanent resolution and was recommended to Accident and Pain Relief. Initially, I was very concerned with the cost of this type of treatment, the time commitment and the possibility of getting taken advantage of, but the team made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. Dr. Holland addressed all of my concerns and questions, even the difficult ones. I don't write reviews very often, but the professionalism that the A&PR staff has demonstrated motivated my to provide positive feedback.

They were able to get me in the office the same day I called which was important because I was in a lot of pain in my back. The staff was professional and I left feeling way better than I did when I walked. I plan on going back for any of my pain problems.

I've enjoyed every visit to this office. Very thorough information and patience with their clients. You feel like family as you come through the door. I wish I didn't have to search for parking though, that is the only thing I wish I could change. There is so much construction going on downtown that it makes it a little challenging to find a close parking spot but because I love the treatment I'm receiving, I think that's minor. I'm sleeping better so it's definitely worth it.

I moved back to St. Louis this year and was looking for a chiropractor to help continue getting me back from an injury. I live in the city and the location is very convenient, walking distance from my apartment and there is always parking close when I am already out. I have seen an incredible amount of progress because of the skills and techniques Dr. Howard and his staff provide. I can tell they truly care about their patients and always are looking to help. Wow what an amazing experience. By far the best chiropractic business in St. Louis. They had me in fixed and out in 10 minutes. Very affordable, and great people. Dr. Holland is friendly and a great doctor. Mrs. Blessings his assistant does an amazing job, and she knows exactly how to fix you. She is also very friendly and caring. Most Chiropractic offices will not treat you as well as "Accident and Pain Relief". The staff there is great and I definitely recommend going.

This was my first time going to a chiropractor. Dr. Holland and his team are courteous, quick and polite. Everything goes rather smoothly. I have and would recommend Dr. Holland to anyone who wants relief from back, neck and joint pain!! I am currently receiving treatment for back and hip pain due to an injury. Before seeing Dr. Holland, I had been suffering for months with my pain and had gone to my primary doctor and physical therapy but received little to no relief. Within one month of seeing Dr. Holland and getting treatment for my pain, I am back to many of my regular activities and almost pain free!

Dr. Holland and his staff are the BEST. As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor I see a chiropractor for monthly maintenance however my sciatica pain had taken a turn for the worse and my chiropractor was unable to see me. I read the reviews, checked out the website and scheduled my appt. online; which was super easy, I got a confirmation as well as a text response from him to confirm my appt that afternoon. I saw Dr. Holland at the Downtown office located at 916 Olive St last Wednesday and that was the smartest thing I have done all year. I had been in pain thinking I had fractured my collar bone. Dr. Holland accepted my call and was able to get me in for treatment less than 24 hours after I called. I was examined and he took x-rays the same day. Thank GOD nothing was broken, my upper rip had become displaced and was pressing against my collar bone. I felt so much better after my initial adjustment and relieved to have not broken any bones. Dr. Holland had been great. He is very efficient and knowledgable. He wants each adjustment to be a good experience. He makes personal phone calls to remind you of appointments and to see how you are doing. He makes sure he knows what your insurance is going to cover so there are no hidden charges with his office visit.

Just left Dr. Holland. He is great and truly seems to care about his patients. He helped me tremendously last summer when I was having back issues. The staff is super friendly and professoinal. I called this morning and he was able to get me in on my lunch hour. Very convenient location downtown across from Culinaria.
