The Law office was very professional, effective, and I felt that they really cared about me and my issue.

A majority of the comments are fake.

I contacted this law firm over their online chat and called to follow up twice. I was told an attorney would call me back. Apparently there is an online chat decline from the online chat forum. With no signature of who it is from. I called the firm to check it it was them, annoyed I didn’t get the call I was told I would. No offer of referrals and there being no signature on the impersonal and generic response. I was told I was rude to say that and the attorneys have a button they can press to decline a case. In the email they said I could call them or refer people to contact them if I needed them now or in the future. No way I could recommend this unprofessional law firm. I don’t so much care they couldn’t take the case, but I expected a call that I was told multiple times in the online chat and over the phone with the receptionist, and I expected much more professional behavior.

*In addition I want to add the online chat person kept asking and pushing for more personal information about my potential case. So I fail to see how it was rude to expect a call back after giving my personal info and being told I was going to receive a call.

When my husband passed away from a routine surgery, I was beside myself on what to do. I felt helpless, hopeless, and alone. I have never used this law firm but I was in court during a birth injury trial where this law firm was representing the family of the child. David Zevan took on my personal injury case in 2010. I was in bad shape from a car accident where I was hit by a tractor trailer. My car was basically smashed like a pancake, I guess he did't see me beside him, it is a miracle I am actually alive. The trucking company and the insurance agency were trying to put the blame on me and I just had to get legal help. David Zevan got everything worked out, filed a lawsuit and after a little over a year they settled out of court for a significant amount of money. Lets put it this way I payed cash for a 3 story building in downtown St. Louis. I have slight brain damage, walk with a cane and nothing can make up for that, but as close as it could get without repairing me. That what happened and I am forever greatful and thankful to Zevan Davidson for their hard work.

This is a really strong St. Louis medical malpractice attorney. They handled a surgical error case for a close friend of my family last year. They were devastated and didn't even know what to do, they were about to lose their house, it was bad. On top of the fact that a father of 3 small kids almost lost his life. Another attorney referred them to call Zevan Davidson and that changed everything for them. David Zevan sowed them some ways to keep their house and took on the case against the hospital.
