Was told during a consultation I had no basis for a case which was heavily deterring in my pursuit to file a legal malpractice claim. Thankfully a firm in Kansas City has picked up my case on contingency. Mr Gogel is either lazy, unknowledgable in his field or both. I wouldnt leave a neg. review had he simply declined interet in my case instead of shooting it down the credibilty of it.
