Whomever I spoke to at this office was so caught up in his own politics that he refused to listen to my potential case during a consult and was all but screaming at me via phone. Needless to say, I will never be contacting this firm again. I would advise any other person to do the same and avoid this place.

My garnishment should be way over and I can never get through when I try calling this office.

Loses paperwork regularly and it appears being rude is a requirement to obtain employment here.

Rude, intimidating

Tom Carnes has been my lawyer for many years and is always compassionate and timely with his representation. Tom, with the Gusdorf Law Firm, recently helped my husband and I with resolving a complex case, he was diligent in getting the issue resolved for us. He did not hesitate to help us when we were struggling and did an excellent job representing us. We highly recommend him as he has never let us down and does fantastic work.

Very sketchy!! They refuse to provide any kind of paperwork or receipts. Just trying to profit by stealing money from people that don't have it. I would agree with the previous statements to stay clear of this place

I am appalled with the way this "firm" handles people. One of their clients, an online based loan company contacted them with literally no proof of a loan disbursement other than a docu-signed document that could have been done by anyone via the web (My wallet was stolen around the time I allegedly took out loan) I have talked to their sub-par office staff and lead lawyer numerous times demanding proof I took out this loan via recording, actual signature or even the account information as to where the loan was disbursed, nothing has been given to me thus far. Yet, their receptionist or whatever she is wants to accuse me of having an attitude when I demand information. You are garnishing me with no proof of debt, you better believe I have an attitude when I have to deal with a law firm is happily representing a slime ball company and fraudulently garnishing a single mother of 3 with no proof of debt ownership given!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called them because I have a debt that was turned over to them. The person who I finally got ahold of was so rude, that I would not refer them to anyone. And I believe in good customer service you tell a few people about, bad customer service you tell alot of people about.

This is a debt collection attorney with no remorse. They take on cases with small debts owed that make it more affordable to just not appear in court or settle because hiring an attorney will cost you much more. Morality is out the window with this firm. They recently sued my son. A 19 year old boy for a debt of $214 on a medical bill that I was the primary insurance holder. Refused to settle out of court and eventually will cost me about $700. How unethical is this??? Yeah he'll make a couple hundred bucks for each case like this. Apparently not good enough to be a real attorney. He just ruins young people's credit.
