Very very very unprofessional. I felt harassed about money on maternity leave he messed up my payments so now I’m stuck paying interest on a loan that he messed up on. Does not return phone calls. Hung up on me wen i asked why am I still being charged for a loan that was already paid off. His secretary is beyond rude. I can’t wait to be done paying him. I should take him to court for all the stress he put on me an my unborn for 200 damn dollars. Ridiculous.

This company Is so unprofessional the lady he has working in his office is so rude I think her name is Glenda. Can't wait to talk with Mr Jacobs because I'm sure he doesn't approve of this behavior going on in his place of business.

Mr. Jacobs is detail oriented, extremely competent and cares for his clients. He takes an interest in their cases and works hard to find an acceptable resolution. We have used Mr. Jacobs on several occasions and have been very pleased. He responds quickly to concerns. I highly recommend Mitch Jacobs.
