I have never dealt with such a rude attorney in all of my existence. After this attorney financially ruined us due to a couple missed payments by freezing our accounts we tried contacting them. i was unable to use any of the funds in my bank account to pay off some of the debt in order to unfreeze my account. When I tried to confirm this the secretary for this lawyer was incredibly rude.When calling back to confirm our balance owed he would not speak to my husband even though my husband was on the phone with me. My husband had to tell me things he wanted asked and then I had to ask them even though the lawyer could hear him he would not answer until I spoke them
He went on to complain how he was trying to get out of his office because of some bad weather even though it was the middle of the day and the questions I need answered could result in the for closure of our home or not. This lawyer is the textbook definition of a heartless lawyer. I understand we were at fault for missing a payment that we could financially not afford at the moment but for him to treat us with such disdain and in such aCalais and heartless nature when we are on the verge of losing everything just for asking a few questions is absolutely inhumane. Please stay away from this attorney and let him know that people will not stand for scum like this to exist in our community
