Horrible horrible horrible experience secretary was always rude and nasty can never talk to dorsey

My experience with Mr. Dorsey has been very positive. He is thorough, persistent, and very professional. My complaint is with his assistant who handles incoming calls. I have been trying to reach Mr. Dorsey for almost a year regarding a case where he and the plaintiff had recognized that someone had used my information to gain an account and accrue a debt of several thousand dollars. The debt is still on my credit report resulting in denied home and auto loans. When I first tried to contact Mr. Dorsey I explained the situation to the secretary and she laughed at me and asked me if I really thought I was not going to be held responsible for the debt. I asked her if she was calling me a liar and she hung up. I have never been able to get through to Richard or get a response from him. This is very serious and I hope you can imagine the frustration and stress this has and is still causing me. Mr. Dorsey, if you would please respond and let me know how I can get a hold of you regarding this matter without having to go through your secretary.
