Horrible place. Anyone who has had wages garnished watch out for this place. They took out the full amount that they wanted so off course naturally you think it's done for because you payed the balance off and that's all that you owe. They sent me receipts and I have all my pay stubs from specified court numbers and they want to say I still owe thousands of dollars that it wasnt payed.

Predators that prey on the weak and poor. It's amazing how some people sleep at night. Debt collection companies like this one buy your debt for pennies on the dollar and then are legally able to charge you the full amount you owe. They did not negotiate one penny of my debt with me. It's truly a sad day in this country when citizens hardship cases can be put on the open market and sold to the highest bidder "because they can" (quote from a person in their office).

I knew of a court date and called them before hand. We worked out a deal and I’ve been paying. If I am going to be late I always call them and let them know. They have always been gracious and kind to me. It’s a debt and it’s not their fault you didn’t pay.

Very unprofessional

Failed to put me on the court doc in my first appearance. Then lied over the phone that they would remove court fees and attorney fees. Then, I got mailed the same statement with attorney fees and court fees hoping I wouldn’t show up. I showed up and their attorney Dennis showed me a settlement without the court fees and attorney fees. Making me appear again. I missed 2 payments and now they are garnishing my wages. No warning, and no calls.

Its a collection firm nothing to like

Horrible customer service, can't get their information together. Have wrong information for people that need to talk with someone about an account they need to pay on. Wouldn't ever suggest if you needed someone to represent you. Or even go through to pay back debts. They want your money but will screw you every which way so that you can't access information on how much your due balance is.
