I would never go here again. They never, ever, answer their phone, and they apparently have poor relationships with local attorneys since your ticket will double or triple, on top of their fees, which are way too high. I've used lawyers a couple times in past and it was completely opposite experience.

I was highly impressed with their service! I travel a lot for work and tend to get tickets more then I should. I used their competitor on my previous traffic tickets (but that store shut-down). This location and their staff was much more professional and thorough. I really liked the store manager! Katherine was kind and very informative. She explained the process well and gave me paperwork, which I didn't receive at the other store. I guess the saying is true that you get what you pay for. I give this store very high marks!!

Will never use this service again. Needed to get a ticket fixed for a stop sign violation. Went in to the office, which reeked of heat and moisture, to be greeted by someone who couldn’t even make eye contact with a paying customer, and could not care any less about helping me. My court date was 7/18/2018 and I was told by said receptionist that I would receive a letter in the mail within 2 weeks after the court date about what the fine would be, etc. I was also told that the fee for their services would be $90. I was charged an additional convenience fee of $3 and change. At no point was this additional charge mentioned to me, which is quite deceitful by omission. Three weeks pass after the scheduled court date, nothing in the mail, so I call to follow up (as I don’t want to miss the payment date and have a warrant issued). The receptionist was incredibly rude, and advises me that my court date was moved until October. I asked if there was any particular reason as to why I wasn’t notified of this, to which I received a flat response of “Well we have a lot of clients”. Fast forward until today, 8/25/2018, and I receive a letter in the mail saying my PAYMENT to the courts is due on 10/11/2018. Maybe the old biddies in this office can take their $3 convenience fee and buy themselves some customer service skills and a clue. Shameful.

Highly recommended! They got a ticket for 33 over fully amended! Thank you guys!

The staff at this location made the whole stressful ordeal of getting a ticket a breeze. They were very quick, getting you in and out with no hassle. Plus they take the stress from your hands to theirs, representing you on the day of your trial.

Had to get a ticket fixed, which is legal in MO. It was $125 but very much worth it. I will go here again if I get another ticket. The staff was polite and respectful. The lawyer was knowlegeable. Plus, there's a good chinese take out place in the same strip.

I had experience with these people in which the ticket was resolved but it took a very long time. when I called The office the help was unreliable and the staff did not seem friendly at all. I also thought the price was kind of high for a first time speeding ticket.

There is not enough stars to properly rate my experience! 14 Years of dealing with the system about drained us physically, emotionally and financially! My husband lost his license in 2001 to one DUI and after countless frivolous attempts we were unsuccessful at obtaining his privileges. I contacted Brian and explained to him the entire scenario (just as I did with countless other lawyers) and he expressed to us that getting those privileges back was not out of the question! He gave us hope and after going through the process because of Brian my husband has done what no other lawyer was able to do! My husband was GRANTED his driving privileges! I couldn't have asked for a better more professional, Knowledgeable lawyer, Brian is absolutely amazing! Thank you to the moon and back Brian!
