Best monitoring company I've ever experienced. Theyre onpoint when it comes to monitoring. They answer calls and requests when they say they will. Follow the rules and they're easy to work with. I would recommend to anyone who wants alternative sentencing.

They will work with you. If you don't have a job or go to school, I imagine this would be a maddening experience. Pretty much everything I had to do got approved. Stay in communication with them, email in advance and you will be able to do your life. I had to plan my moves a week in advance and definitely derived some methods of life organization out of this experience. You can tell these people are tired of the BS, probably why there are some negative reviews. I imagine there were people who pushed their boundaries in the past, causing the jaded attitudes. Oh well! It sure beats sitting in a cell. Just do it and don't take it personally. The work program is ROUGH compared to this. They will have you doing manual labor at the county fair all day, 8+ hours a day, and it costs a staggering $25 a day. Not to mention if you live in Sacramento the gas alone is an additional $25 round trip. Add lost wages in. If you have a month or two to do, that's an excess of $7,000 at least. No thanks! Chi is WAAAY more affordable and you can attend recovery meetings.

WHAT an A**HO**! Not only did this jerk meet me in a public library, ready to strap me in front of little kids, but when I asked him legitimate questions he took attitude with me. Must be nice to consider yourself morally superior to 1st time DUI offenders. Any person who uses this service ought to just turn themselves in and do the time.

Say good bye to that $50 you put down for the charger. No matter how great of shape you bring it back in, they will find something wrong with it and keep your money.

I thought CHI monitoring was overall very professional. The other reviewers likely did not follow protocol. They answered their phones during business hours. I was surprised to learn one would be allowed to leave the house for anything... EVER... If you make your requests in advance, they are approved the next day. I feel grateful CHI was an option. And thankful I could use their services. I totally disagree with the one reviewer. I didn't look for a job, so I can't say for that aspect, however, doctor, grocery, and necessary "todo" trips were all approved with written 3day requests.

They don't monitor their clients and they don't answer the phone. Sad excuse needs to lose their licence

They never answer the phone. Don't even consider looking for a job while you are detained because it you get an interview, you can't go. If you need a doctor appointment, you can't go. Even when you go to court mandated appointments you can't reach this Monitoring Company to let them know. If you have the opportunity to do the time inside a jail, do it! These people ankle you and then you can go to hell.
