I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with the service they provided to me. Initially I was skeptical having to do business over the phone rather than in person due to the fact that I live on the East Coast and they are located in California. Let me assure you this was not an issue whatsoever. Bob and his team were absolutely terrific . Never one time that I called him did he not answer or return my call immediately.
Actually I am still having a hard time believing just how awesome this service is. I was in pretty deep and with Bob and his team's help everything went away. That's right, EVERYTHING. I ended up not owing a thing. These guys are incredible if I could give them more then a 5 star rating I certainly would.
They are extremely fair priced and helped me out more than I could have ever imagined. When I came to OIC, I owed a large sum of money to the IRS. With the help of Bob & his team, they were able to clear all my debt. They were very professional , returned all my phone calls, & answered all my questions. They have continued to keep in touch with me concerning other issues. You definitely want them on your team.

After getting several letters from IRS, me and my husband Carl were really lost as to what to do. We called Bob and after telling him our situation, he said everything would be ok. OIC is top notch and very professional. I've worked directly with Bob, the owner, and he's always been great at answering my questions and getting me squared away.

Very unsatified lots of empty promises they didnt do anything but file my missing returns they didnt negotiate with the irs or get anything reduced

OIC Taxes worked really hard reduce what I owed to the IRS. With the year ending OIC Tax services got my debt from $18,000 to $1,875 with IRS. I couldn't be happier with their services and will continue to have my taxes done through them. Stressed out all the time. Working longer hours and more days and getting even more stressed out. We owed a lot of money from back taxes and didn't see an end in sight until I talked to the professionals at OIC Tax Services. The amazing thing was; I did not have to be present in person for them to help me. They listened to our problems right over the phone and looked everything over and assured us it was not as bad as we were thinking.
