I am extremely glad I called Lemon Law Pro. Bought a brand new Infiniti QX60, and two days later I've started having issues with it. We just received our settlement of over $30,000. That included all our down payment and other fees. It was an amazing new 2018 sports car... but the air conditioning didn't work well. I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. The whole lemon law process is incredibly complicated, confusing, and tiring. I was dealing with a certain dealership who was giving me the run around and I felt helpless not knowing how to navigate the process until I called Lemon Law Pro and from the get go Kimberli, Vince, and Alysha were extremely helpful. They took my case and handled everything the entire way through with constant communication, great advice, and overall pleasant and professional behavior.

First of all I can’t thank The Lemon Law Pros staff enough!! As a single mom of four, it was really frustrating that I was stuck under a contract paying for a car that gave me soooo many problems! As a first-time car buyer and college student, purchasing my new vehicle was a necessity rather than a luxury. Unfortunately, the excitement of becoming a first-time car buyer was short-lived because little less than a year with 2015 Dodge Dart; it began to have issues. At first I was skeptical about filing a lemon law claim. Then A friend told me how easy the process was so I decided to give Lemon Law Pro a call. They had great Yelp reviews and were close to where I lived.

Words cannot describe how thankful I am that I decided to go with Lemon Law Pro to handle my lemon of a car. On March 1st, 2017, I decided to give Lemon Law Pro a call and see if they can help me with my lemon law case with Ford. I tried to go through the BBB but that attempt got me no where. I knew that If I wanted Ford to take care of my car, I needed to have a professional take over the case.
