Diane Anderson and her entire staff at her Jackson location were wonderful. They were professional and knowledgeable. But most importantly, they were "human". They were very aware of how we were feeling about our situation and they made certain to keep us informed. They routinely checked us for our understanding of the process and they took all of my calls and questions with a smile and patience.
