I had the pleasure of working with Nyman Turkish.a few years ago. I have to say the first person who was assigned to me was not a gogetter. But as soon as I called the director / person in charge. They quickly reassigned me and Ryan was on top of things immediately. I don't know how long the typical wait is but it seemed more than reasonable once the reassignment was made. I was very happy with the service.

Working with you was stressless and easy Madasyn Tyldesley walked me through every step making sure I was up to date with my information, she would even call just to check in if we had not spoken for a while. Thank you for making this experience better than what I heard it could be.

I worked with Megan for the most part and she was very gracious and patient with me and all my questions.The young man who came with me to the actual hearing was very helpful in helping me understand my role. i don't remember his name but he get high praise from me!

So first I posted the truth then I spoke to one of the head guys who said it wasn't nice and that if I changed my review they would waive my charges since we had to go all the way to court with a lawyer I didn't know, I retrieved all the medical records for the last 20 something years, they got one medical record from one hospital, I did all the legwork for records from Cal pers, they got to call me and tell me I was denied again, hiv+ since 86, neuropathy, anxiety, depression, the list is three pages long, no computers in Rocklin office, they are just ssi, ssdi, scammers. I'll post more later, good luck finding a lawyer who isn't scum sucking gutter trash.
So I was called the other day and the lady tried explaining that the lawyer said he was only waiving the $75.00 for getting the records from the hospital they got records from, I record all phone calls for personal reasons, I played it back and that's not at all what he said and for a lawyer to ask me to amend my first review in the first place sounds like black male (sp?) In order for them to waive the fee for representing me. I didn't even get retroactive pay!!

Having to wait to hear if your SSDI case is ever going happen or be approved is very nerve racking and is not the easiest of things to have to go through. It is very stressful and scary!
It is extremely important to have a Good advocate on your side! And yes I did! Rachel is the best!! She was always on top of it. She acted like I was her only client the way she was always there for me, responsive, sincere and efficient. She made me feel like everything was gonna work out and be ok. She always reassured me and eased my mind. There were many a times I would call and need advise or information and she was always helpful and always a great attitude! I feel very lucky to have had Rachel as my advocate. I was represented by Natalie at my court date.
She was very supportive as well.
I won my case! Natalie called me the minute she discovered the good news. Rachel was out of the office and got wind of the news and called me even though she was off work, minutes later. They were both just as excited as I was to finally get the good news!
It was a long waiting period and with these wonderful women on my side I am very grateful that I had both of their help and support.
Nyman Turkish will do everything in their power to support you and be on your side from the very beginning to the very end, for the absolute and best possible outcome!
