Compassion is.lacking to say the least. Starting the execution on my parents trust that they prepared. The first interaction was terrible. You might want to start the conversation with "sorry to hear about....". Instead, paperwork and fees were the first priority. Sadly, Drobny did my estate planning too. Hope my kids are treated better.

This is a firm with no people skills or compassion. I called to ask a question about my father’s trust that was drawn up by Drobny Law Offices, in which I am the trustee. My father is in the process of dying and I had a few questions to ask in regards to how to disperse my father’s assets. They treated me as though I was a money grubbing daughter trying to get into my father’s trust. As a trustee, I am in charge of the trust and my father’s assets and had the full right to ask them questions. They told me I needed to get a doctor’s note claiming that my father was incapacitated before they could talk to me. I felt their treatment of me was extremely heartless. I love and have cared for my father for many years. I was hoping for understanding and help at this sad time and received a heartless, cold response from this firm. I was able to find another lawyer who understood the law and answered my questions with compassion.

This review is for Anastasia Salmon. She handled my mom's trust, power of attorney and will documents. She is sharp, knowledgeable, and kind. Very patient in explaining everything.

This Law Office does not do good work. Even simple things like a Power of Attorney is not done correctly. They do not stand by their work. Charging another $350 dollars to hopefully get it right is pure poor business. While I have tried to get this worked out, I am getting the runaround, literally. They do not return my calls either. If a Power of Attorney issue isn't done correctly, I don't think the more important issues that we went to them for will be done right either. I'm personally recommending you going to a different law firm!

I have had two trusts drawn up by Mark Drobny, the first became too outdated and needed a total redo.
He did an excellent job with both. I referred my Dad to him and he just finished drawing up a Trust for him. He patiently explained it, in great detail, to my father. Everyone I have dealt with over the years (18) is pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Mark Drobny and his firm.
