Steve Williams(one of the firm’s attorneys) represented me some 15 years ago as an assistant federal public defender. Federal system is a different animal than the state. Lawyers have to actually try cases on a regular basis and not just plea bargain their way through life. Point being Steve has got A LOT of trial experience fighting some VERY serious and/or high-profile cases, and certainly knows his way around the courtroom. This courtroom experience is invaluable.
