I will keep a honest review and update you guys as my case continues. It's a shameful experience and I know filing for bankruptcy should be anyone's last option. I filed for bankruptcy back in March 2015 and I didn't like the results. The chapter 7 trustee discharged my case and left it open. Therefore "interest" is allowed to build all the years my case is left "open". My lawyer could have fought harder to discharge my case and close it. Bankruptcy is just that , you are broke. None of my creditors showed for my hearing, so exactly who will I be paying? It was people in the hearing filing for a 2nd and 3rd time! It would have been nice to get their lawyer contact information because those cases were discharged and closed. Filing can be very expensive so make sure you get a lawyer who is willing to go to war for you as a client!

The paralegal, receptionist, and right down to the owner who was by my side during the procedure very knowledge and comforting . OMG this is the worst experience. I paid these people up front no money owed or no payment installment just a straight 1500$. I call, never no one answer always to voice mail, Lawyer lied didnt explain the process of how everything goes, never no updates, never once did the lawyer let me before hand what and how he was goign to do things, and when he did he didnt tell me,. I turned in information and was still asked for more of the same documents again. My case still is not finished the lawyer was upset with me about telling him how sloppy this customer service is so he withdrawed from my case now I am fighting to get my money back for services I never recieved but a case number. This company is good at ignoring people and bad about giving updates. I recommend someone else becasue I paid my money and I am still in the same situion. Thsis company will make you still have to pay in the end and does not fight for you like an attorney should. i dont want to give this company 1 star!

Look at his respond, That is jsut might be the issues you have to many clients and not enough lawyers that is why you can not give the client the attention they need when filing. You was not up front and direct about nothing that went on with my case . You did everything with out notify me about anything before you did it. When m,oney like that is spent know for the future people like to know things befor you do them. You went to LAW school this should be a given.

I didn't like how I was handled in the chapter 13 case I was divorced from from my wife instead of them releasing me from my debt they made sure I was still attached to the bankruptcy I wanted to file chapter 7 they wouldnt let I paid over 24k in the time period of my bankruptcy I wish I could get my money back smh
