This firm did not do good legal work for me or my family. They did not communicate with their clients well. I am a lawyer and went to them, and Robynn Ragland, for estate planning work. They took forever, did not do as we asked, treated us shabbily, made my wife and I feel insignificant, did not answer questions, etc. They only did form estate planning work and had material lack of communication and diligence. We are about as low maintenance as clients come. It was infuriating. They had a written fee agreement with my wife and act like she is not their client. It looks like they flagged or got rid of my wife's bad review - not sure how they did that. Really bad experience.
