Just another overbooked, unorganized office with a condescending, patronizing, bully of a lawyer with an over inflated sense of self, forgetting that he works for the client and not his ego and bank account. Seems like he is trying to bully everyone and went through 5 receptionists & several legal secretaries in the 6 months he handled my case which made communication with the office a nightmare and really speaks to the kind of firm this is. I would not recommend

Randall is a bulldog... The office can be a bit chaotic, he sometimes runs late. He doesn't mince words. But the man delivers. I used him for a bankruptcy case. He told me exactly what to do and how to get where I needed to be. When we went to the hearing it was a slam dunk. Everybody else at court that day was having issues, none of the other attorneys seemed to have a handle on their case. Mine was a breeze. In and out, no issues, no worries. I've referred him to family and friends and everybody was impressed with the results. After all, at the end of the day that's all that matters... RESULTS!

Thought he was highly rude during a consultation. he got very offended when I was asking questions about something I know nothing about. It was as if I was wasting his time during his consultation and he needed to get information and I as the client had no right to ask questions. Also he and his staff made highly inappropriate comments to each other in front of us

I used Roc Law for about 6 months and I am very happy with my choice. I compared other lawyers carefully before I made my final decision and I couldn't be happier with it. Randal is very honest. He doesn't just tell you want you want to hear, he tells you what's going to happen and how it's going to happen step by step. I had no clue about anything I was inquiring about besides seeing it on TV and its completely different! Everything takes time and step by step you will get there. Randal and his team will be there with you every step of the way. They are organized. They know what they are doing! Everyone is always very polite, respectful and welcoming. Hopefully I don't ever have to have anymore legal issues but if I do, Roc Law will be my choice. I am not giving a 5 star rating just because. They really did earn this rating. Thank you guys again so much for everything!!

I have been very pleased with their work and their experience in the law . i will deffinately spread their name to my friends for when they need help from an attorney, and i will always come back to them when needed.

i have been working with ROC law for many years on more than one matter...the staff is amazing...quick to answer phone...no holding for hours...leave a message and your call is always gonna be returned...i love to email and this is a way of communication that is always answered very quickly...Randall is great...great personality and know what hes talking about...and if he dont...he will research it and get the facts to you.

The attorney Randy didn't even show up for the appointment. I showed up early, filled out the paperwork, was told he will be here "soon". I said ok, maybe hes running a few minutes behind. Half an hour later, still hasn't showed up. I kept hearing he will be here "soon". So, I left with the impression that my time was unimportant and I don't want to work with anyone who is that unprofessional anyway.

Randall and his team are extremely professional. They show a personal interest in you and your situation that is refreshing coming from an Attorneys and his staff. I HIGHLY recommend them to any one who is having financial difficulties and believe bankruptcy may be an option.

Roc Law firm is the most disorganized and dishonest law firm I have ever been in contact with. Very poor legal representation to say the least. Get everything in writing, also beware of this firms bookkeeping. There billing will not match your receipts. Observed Randall being verbally abusive to his associates and staff. Very unprofessional ! When the divorce was finally filed in Jefferson Court it was discovered that the attached parenting plan was not attached. Judge Stewart demanded Randall to show up in court and he was a no show ! Coward.... Then he sent a letter of correspondence stating that the clerks at the court house screwed up . Following this debacle a letter to his client was sent stating that he was withdrawing because his client was to difficult to work with ! This letter went to the client and the opposing lawyer as well. Shame on this LIAR.... Very first consult he stated that occasionally clients have dropped him. Should of been a clue at that point ! Summation is :BEWARE !!!!!!!
