I just called and the operator was less than helpful (older woman) and was very condescending. All I wanted was help.

As I retired last year and have an adult son that was disabled before he turned 18, according to social security law, he is eligible to draw on my work record. Of course, they denied the claim at first. Last year they changed who makes the determination in February...as I retired in January and am guardian and conservator, social security should have made the decision right then. The Fenton office failed to do so. They had me make an appointment after the magic date in February. There was also a new obscure law put into place that was not published anywhere. When I initially called, Dianna was instrumental in helping me to weed through everything along with documentation to ask the social security office to provide. I cannot say enough about this firms service and might I add favorable outcome! They are top notch, professional, caring people. Not only did they win my sons case, but was able to do so without us having to appear at the appeal. I highly recommend this firm. Thank you Dianna!

Ms Diana is the BOMB!!!!! She has sooo much knowledge when it comes to any questions I had.. She was never to busy to take my calls and if I was calling with bad news, she always could get my laughing. I would use them 10 times over!!!!

We had great experience and Diane was very helpful in assisting my dad to get his ssdi. It was a very fast process and took about less than 6 months. I will refer in future.
