Not what I expected from a professional. POOR advice.

Michelle went above and beyond to get me the best judgement on my case! She’s passionate about her business and that shows in her dedication to her clients. Her office staff is awesome as well! I would highly recommend using Michelle for any case!

A great lawyer to have on your side. Have worked with her on a few traffic violations / speeding tickets, and she's got the intensity you need to cut through the system, and get you the fairest outcome that keeps points off your record, and sometimes even saves you some cash. Also a great advocate for cycling rights and law, and active in the community to help make the world we live in a better place than we would leave it by default.

Amazing attorney. She has worked very hard on a couple of tickets over the course of almost 10 years with me. She has always been at my court dates on time. Recommended her to a couple of friends which she took very good care of. She will not bs you she tells it how it is. I have always respected her for that.

I hope she uses the money I wasted on her counsel to get herself some help that she so desperately needs!!!! I hired, then fired, her for a speeding ticket and she did nothing but belittle and yell at me the only 2 times I was able to speak to her in 4 months. She hung up on me after yelling at me for getting to court early and behaved unbelievably unprofessional! Then she was yelling at me so much in the lobby of st. Charles municipal court (after she, yet again, showed up late) that the bailiff came out to see what was happening. After she stormed off, all he could say to me is he’s never seen anything like that and that he wished me luck. On top of all that, when she did show up she looked like she’d seen better days. Her dress was beyond wrinkled, her hair was all over and she literally had lipstick smeared down her chin. Please do yourself a favor and look anywhere else for legal help than her!!!!!

Ms. Funkenbusch has represented me in a handful of situations and has never disappointed. Her total attention made me feel as though I were her only client. Another reviewer gave her one star based on a personal interaction with her, which seems unfair as this is to be a review for the Law Offices of Michelle M. Funkenbusch, LLC. NOT Michelle M. Funkenbusch, the cyclist/Facebook acquaintance. I would use this office's services a million times over, should the need arise, and I recommend her to anyone in need of legal counsel.

My experience with this office has been amazing. They, both Michelle and her secretary, genuinely care about their clients' well being. They have been extremely supportive, keeping me up to date with the progression of my case every step of the way.
