Upon contacting Rob about my case he seemed really polite,professional & willing to help. But as time went on he seemed to have a “I don’t care” attitude. Almost every piece of information I received about my case I had to contact him multiple times to get in which everytime he seemed annoyed. Every week he would tell me he is going to work on something and by the end of the week there was no progress and just a bland “I’ll try and get to it Monday”. Come Monday it’s “Ive been very busy I will get to it tomorrow” and by the end of the week it’s the same stale excuse from last Friday “I’ll get to it Monday”. It takes him 2+ weeks just to make simple phone calls and some things he said he would do, he never did. It seemed as though he thought my whole ordeal was stupid and a waste of his time in which I couldn’t help wonder why he decided to take my case in the first place. He even said at one time “all this over a car?”...frankly I don’t care if it’s over a used hanker-chief, if i contact you about a situation I need handled, and you agree to take my case and I pay you MY money then I would expect a you as a lawyer to treat it like any other “high priority” case you have. At the end of it all there still was little progress and I had to handle the situation myself with the help of another lawyer. If you have a case in which you are eager to get solved, would like respectable communication from your lawyer and don’t wanna feel like a bother...I wouldn’t recommend Rob.
