They never follow up with their customers and when when I tried calling to talk to someone, after I left a message 3 days in a row and not receiving a call they old hag that answers the phone hung up on me. And then wouldnt answer when I tried calling back. This is not the first time that I have slipped through the cracks with this law firm. I wouldnt ever trust them to do their job correctly.

This is a family owned Law firm. They are respectful, knowledgeable and very experienced. I've observed Joe Rathert in Court. He's effective and very impressive!!! They are a great family and will work to protect your interests.
