Found these guys fast & efficient. Polite and helpful. Some of the reviews gave me concern but my experience was positive.

I’ll give 2 stars because their mobile notary, Michelle, is great.
1 star for Jimmy. Totally rude and unprofessional on the phone. As an owner, I would assume that you would practice good customer service skills for referrals but apparently Jimmy does not care.
Did not listen to what I was calling about, assumed he knew what I wanted, and was very condescending in tone.

This business provided excellent expertise and timely service for a difficult, complex job. I have already sent them a client. They were helpful and explain everything. The price was reasonable. They saved me money compared to other options I checked.

I found Sacramento Deed Services to be efficient and courteous in in securing a quickclaim deed for me. Mike was personable and I am grateful for the cost savings.

Zero stars! Mike Newberry LDA was rude and completely disrespectful to me regarding my simle questions about how to perform a quit claim deed. He was arrogant and mocked me for not knowing the complex rules and procedures regarding real estate transfer. I will never recommend this PRIVATE company to anyone. I will be reporting Mike Newberry to the department of consumer affairs for his unprofessionalism.
