If I could rate less than a star I would. Carolyn young is such a crook it disgusts me. I know several of her clients personally and all I have to say is you better get a better lawyer then yamaotto hes good but not good enough when we have evidence that your stealing good peoples money. Moral of the review don't go to her unless you enjoy being robbed.

I felt taken advantage of at a genuine time of need by Carolyn Young and her staff.

This woman, her firm and her stable of attorneys (which your loved one will pay for) have a flagrant disregard for court orders and the truth. Countless victims have attempted to come forward to the court in search of justice for themselves and/or their families only to be beaten back by a probate judge, Stephen Gervercer, who is a rubber-stamper of all things Carolyn Young and his cronies from Lincoln Law School. One day, hopefully sooner than later, she will face a a judicial system interested in upholding the law.
If you have any reservations about securing her "services" to assist with a loved one, follow your gut and run the other direction, quickly. She cares nothing for her clients, only their bank accounts and to-date, she has had carte blanc with Sacramento Probate Court. Take a look at all of the negative reviews, some 14 of them here on Yelp have been pulled by her attorneys!
If you must engage a fiduciary or a professional conservator, there are other options. Carolyn Young does not possess an ounce of integrity or honesty, please go elsewhere.

This firm has been managing my late mothers estate and affairs for the last 14 years. The care that my mother received during this time under Carolyn Young's management was beyond outstanding ! Furthermore the account was managed so successfully that I would recommend them to everyone seeking a trustworthy honest fiduciary service ! As a financial professional I have worked with Carolyn Young & Associates for several years because some of the clients we work with use this firm's fiduciary services. This firm is made up of sophisticated and knowledgeable professionals and they have always conducted their business using the highest ethical standards. I am writing this review because I was surprised to see other google reviews. While I don't dismiss the personal experiences of individuals, the decisions that good fiduciaries make in the ordinary course of business are often at odds with beneficiaries's short-term interests and desires. If you are looking for a reliable fiduciary, this firm has earned my highest recommendation.

Carolyn Young and her firm attempted to prevent me from receiving a bequest left to me by a relative several years ago . Her conduct and comments were unprofessional and created unnecessary delays and stress for me as a rightful heir. I would definitely NOT recommend this company. She turned what should have been a loving gesture from my relative into a bitter memory of the fight to acquire the bequest.

Anyone who uses this woman for their fiduciary planning has got to be crazy. Just google Carolyn Young complaints. She is not trustworthy and your estate will be mishandled and stolen. Be very careful.
