I hope this shows what its intended to show - efficiency. Before working with the Ranchod law group, I was told by a different lawyer that I had a 0-5% chance of getting my H1B transfer approved. My case was complicated and not your typical H1B transfer case. Mr. Ranchod was honest with me regarding the difficult nature of my case but gave me better odds. Horrible experience. Constant delays in my wife's immigration process over simple things such as: 1) Law group forgetting signatures on documents and having me come in on weekends. 2) Not responding to emails or contacts for more than a week. 3)Law group forgetting to submit certain documents I had already submitted to them prior. Generally don't seem concerned and give excuses. I understand if there are delays from the Visa offices themselves, however the delays we faced were due to carelessness from the attorney's side. Also. Never once did i actually get to meet my lawyer in person. They gave a consultation in person with another lawyer and I never heard from her again. I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere. The only good thing about this place was the cheesecake they sent me to apologize for forgetting to file the correct documents. Hence the one star.

Before we found the Ranchod Law Group, my husband and I contacted a few local lawyers. Due to the complexity of J1 Hardship waivers, all the other firms refused to help us. We decided to look for help outside of our state, and found the Ranchod Law Group when searching for J1 waivers specialists. After talking to the managing attorney, we understood the process better and felt we stood a chance.

The case was very difficult and time consuming, but Melissa was always very honest and patient.
She was very responsive and knowledgeable and made sure we submitted the right documentation. The past 2 years were very stressful, and my husband and I were always anxious and concerned about the case. Melissa also did a very good job with putting our worries to rest.

We submitted the application on December 2017, and got USCIS final approval this week (May, 2019). We did get a request for additional evidence on August 2018 but once again, Melissa did an amazing job on answering the request with only the important/requested information.

Our immigration process has been a long one, but not due to the attorneys and paralegals at Ranchod. Each time a quick turnaround on their end was required, they stepped up to the plate and got things done. I came across their group on the internet and contacted them for a visa waiver application in 11/2014. Kaushik had spoken with me twice to go over the merits of the application free of cost and in a timely manner which led me to have their firm represent me. Melissa Oklan, who is another attorney in their group primarily worked on my case. We started working on the case since 12/2014. Melissa was very thorough in her instructions and answered my questions satisfactorily. We were able to submit application in early 04/2015.
